SIP warm home construction technology
SIP-technology is an innovative method of building houses from environmentally friendly materials. A classic SIP is a monolithic three-layer panel with a middle of insulation, usually polystyrene foam and its derivatives, closed on both sides by enclosing boards made of magnesite or OSB board. SIP panels are of several types, depending on the type of insulation and insulation boards.
Balkan Sip uses magnesite board as the main enclosing material.
The technology provides high-quality and fast installation of sandwich panels on any type of foundation.
