The building is assembled according to the principle of LEGO construction, from insulated panels produced by high-pressure gluing in the factory. The panels are integrated into a spatial, load-bearing frame and installed on any type of foundation. The materials used in the production of panels are environmentally friendly, fire-safe and water-resistant.
Assembly of the house takes from several weeks to a month, depending on the complexity of the erected structure.

SIP (strucnurial insulated panel) technology is based on the method of frame-panel construction. The panel itself, manufactured in factory conditions, is a ‘sandwich’ of two enclosing plates - the shell and heat-reflective, energy-efficient insulation - it is an innovative method of building houses from environmentally friendly, non-combustible materials. SIP is a structural insulating panel consisting of an outer and inner shell and a layer of energy-efficient insulation located between them. It can be high-density basalt wool, various insulators of polystyrene foam group, such as ‘NEOPOR’, produced by the German concern ‘BASF’.
As a shell is used a very wide range of materials, where the most common is oriented strand board (OSB) of various manufacturers.
Our company, ‘Balkan Sip’, as a sheathing uses magnesite board of premium quality, from the world's leading manufacturers. Such boards are considered to be one of the most environmentally friendly and durable materials. Magnesite boards are non-flammable, do not contain phenols, do not react to moisture and have high strength and excellent noise insulation. There is no asbestos or formaldehyde compounds in the board, which means your home will always be environmentally friendly and energy efficient!
